Inclusive Saratoga was founded by Meghan Connolly Haupt, whose daughter has cerebral palsy. She has experienced first hand the power of shared experiences among people with differences.

Meghan has more than two decades of experience in social impact marketing. She operates a nano-agency where she consults small businesses, nonprofits and sustainable companies. She is the founding director of CSRwire, a communication service devoted to positive practices and the founder of C5 company where she pioneered bespoke sustainable fine jewelry.

Meghan was appointed by the Mayor of Saratoga Springs to the Open Spaces Committee which advises City Council on use of public land. In this role, she provides a voice for the disability community.
